- Open the ‘Social’ Widget. If you’re looking to join an Xbox Party on PC press, the ‘Social’ button at the end of the Game Bar. It’s the icon that looks like two people next to one another.
- You could use skype on all devices, then you'd be able to connect with xbox, mobile or pc. I do hope that after Microsoft have finally sorted Skype out that they'll merge both Xbox Live Voice/Messaging and Skype. There's not really much reason to have them separated like this.
Jan 04, 2019 They do have an app for iOS, but as macOS it seems not yet, not sure why though. The PlayStation app doesn't let you stream either I believe. Changing platform simply because there isn't an app available seems like an odd thing, but it is all about user preference and if that is what you prefer go for it.
